Easy does it!

Ran 10k on Tuesday and Wednesday, then felt a bit run down on Thursday. Unlike in the past, I took this as a warning and had a couple of days off. I then ran 10k on Saturday with the dog and felt much better. Slept in this morning and then came in to uni so I will be doing my long run (ca 30k) tonight before going home.

Edit: Didn't do the long run. I'll have to try and fit it in later in the week.

Hope your well and being run down was a sign of illness to come.

I can't run for two weeks. I am tempted to give it a try but have learnt the hard way that it's not a good idea.

Well done on heeding the warning and having a couple of days off!
