Schvetty long run

Ran the 11-12km into SARRC this morning then over 18km out to Northgate and back. Probably a total of 30 km which is more than I had planned, but running to SARRC is the easiest way to get there without taking the car. It was so humid this morning, I sweated buckets. Someone asked if my Camelback had burst again! After cooling down and having breakfast, I discovered that I had some nasty chafing, ouch! Went into uni and did a bit of work. Legs are pretty sore now. Should have stretched more. On the bus now (sweating more!) emailing this entry from my phone to the blog.

OMG you ran from the city to Northgate? That is amazing.....isn't it out near Oakden?

I am sure your legs will recover quickly, hopefully the chafing does too

I think it's going to be a while before I can post messages from a phone, I still need to carry written instructions on how to ring out on the big ugly phone I have now

Heat and humidity are tough. Chaffing sucks! Nice run!
